Before emailing us please read our return policy below.
If you would like to return an item please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.
Our process is as follows:
1. Send us an email letting us know you would like to return your item.
2.We will email you back confirming we have received your request and also send you our return address (located in the United States).
3. Send your package back to us.
4. Once we receive your item a refund will be issued in 1-3 business days. Please note it does sometimes take the bank 3-7 days to process the refund and add the purchase amount back to your card.
If you place an order and need to cancel please just email us. If your item has not yet shipped orders can be cancelled.
Once an item has shipped we cannot cancel or send a refund until the item has been received by the purchaser and returned to us.
We do ask that return items be new and unused.
Every situation is different and we would like to help fix any issues you may be having so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that as our shipping is free we do not reimburse return shipping fees. Customers are held responsible for return postage fees.
